| 英文描述 | The major source of fluorides in domestic animals is from fluorides released into the atmosphere from industrial operations that settle on vegetation. The toxic level is controversial. Pitting and mottling of the permanent teeth and roughening of the periosteal surface are the major signs of chronic fluorosis. Dx by history of fluoride ingestion. Bony swellings start on the limbs, also affect the mandible and ribs. |
