| 英文描述 | Common in bulls, stallions and boars, rare in sheep and goats. Causes (in bulls) include ACTINOMYCES PYOGENES, HAEMOPHILUS SOMNUS, BRUCELLA, other bacteria and MYCOPLASMA BOVIS. PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA has been isolated from stallions. Dx by clinical signs and culture of fluid obtained by catheterization with massage of the vesicles. There is a report of semical vesiculitis in a horse causing signs of colic (Freestone et al.). |
