| 英文描述 | Afibrinogenemia can rarely occur in Saanen kids. Undetectable fibrinogen in clinically affected (homozygous) animals. Heterozygotes had hypofibrinogenemia. Hereditary. Dx by clinical signs and demonstrating absence of fibrinogen. Signs severe and seen in young kids, and include bleeding into subcutaneous tissues and hemarthrosis. Umbilical bleeding present at birth. Dysfibrinogenemia or afibrinogenemia was also described in a Border Leicester lamb. |
