| 中文描述 | 汗斑是一種由MALASSEZIA FURFUR引起的人類真菌性疾病,且其特徵為與周圍未感染區域不同的皮膚顏色.病灶在暗色皮膚上為淺色或減少色素的,或是有色皮膚區域上輕微地色素沉積.病灶通常是平坦,鱗片狀的區域,且可以散播並仍保持活性好幾年,但也可能輕微凸起.表皮帶有類似病灶和真菌群的山羊已經被描述.此真菌沒有被分離出來.由病歷,培養,和組織病理學診斷. |
| 英文描述 | Tinea versicolor is a fungal disease in man caused by MALASSEZIA FURFUR and is characterized by skin color different from that of surrounding noninfected areas. Lesions are light or depigmented on dark skin or lightly pigmented on areas of lightly colored skin. Lesions are usually flat, scaly areas that spread and remain active for years, but can be slightly raised. A goat with similar lesions and fungal elements in the epidermis has been described. The fungus was not isolated. Dx by history, culture and histopathology. |
