| 英文描述 | Polyradiculoneuritis is a demyelinating disease of the peripheral nerves due to unknown causes, which presents as progressive weakness, ataxia and hyporeflexia. Very rare. Alert and afebrile. Dx by clinical signs and histo of peripheral nerves. Pathologic changes are limited to peripheral nerves, with brain and cord parenchyma spared. |
