| 英文描述 | Not concentrated around parturition as in the cow, with about 1/3 of cases occurring after 3 weeks post partum and many ocurring prepartum. Dx by clinical signs, blood calcium, and response to treatment. The severe comatose form seen in cattle is rare. One reports states that 9.6 mg/dl (2.4 mmol/L) is the low normal level for serum calcium in goats. |
