| 英文描述 | ARCANOBACTERIUM PYOGENES is a common cause of mastitis in both lactating and non-lacating cattle and often causes a thick foul-smelling secretion from the udder. The anaerobe PEPTOCOCCUS INDOLICUS can often be cultured from the udder of cows with A. PYOGENES and that combination is a cause of 'summer mastitis' of cattle in Europe. Clinically rare in goats but has been described and has been cultured from gangrenous mastitis in goats. |
