| 英文描述 | BRUCELLA MELITENSIS is the principal BRUCELLA causing abortion in goats and sheep; B. OVIS can also cause abortion. BRUCELLA ABORTUS is sporadic in sheep and goats and usually originates from cattle with little spread within the flock. Dx by isolation from fetus. Joints can be affected in adults. Abortions tend to be in late pregnancy. This is a zoonotic disease. |
