| 英文描述 | The foot or nose of a foal can be forced dorsally through the vagina and enter the rectum, leading to a fistula from the rectum to the vagina or a complete perineal tear. There is usually infertility and secondary uterine infection unless surgically corrected. Rectovaginal fistulas have also been described in bitches, sows, and cattle, but are uncommon. |
