| 英文描述 | In some males the testes are abnormally small, and this is associated with infertility. Dx by palpation and measurement of the testes. May be unilateral or bilateral. Observed in many breeds of animals, and is heritable. Chromosomal abnormalities such as an XXY pattern (Kleinfelter's syndrome) are sometimes found. |
