| 英文描述 | Esophageal perforation is usually caused by trauma, particularly by passage of an esophageal tube, but spontaneous rupture was reported in a dog (Butinar). Radiographs show gas in the periesophageal tissues, and crepitus in the neck can be palpable. Dx by clinical signs and radiography. There is a report of fatal transesophageal carotid arterial perforation by a foreign body which penetrated the esophagus. |
