| 英文描述 | In any species trauma to a muscle may cause soreness and lameness. In horses a syndrome resembling compartment syndrome in man has been seen. There is firmness and pressure sensitive swelling of muscle following injury, and there can be associated decreases in sensation and pulse distal to the injury. Dx by signs, history, and ruling out injuries to other anatomical structures. |
