| 英文描述 | Vertebral abscess is one of the common causes of progressive paresis and ataxia in food animals and occasionally diagnosed in small animals. CSF usually normal. Initial signs may be asymmetrical. Organism usually gram positive in both small animals and large animals but other organisms may be the cause. Hyperglobulinemia and neutrophilia may be seen. Dx by signs, radiography, exploratory surgery. |
