| 英文描述 | A syndrome of hemolytic anemia, which can be fatal, has been reported in lambs and kids fed cow colostrum. In one outbreak in lambs signs developed at 8-12 days of age. This appears to be linked to the colostrum of certain individual cows. A second syndrome, thrombocytopenia with hemorrhage and death within 48 hours of birth, has been associated with feeding of bovine colostrum to lambs; hemolytic icterus was observed in a lamb that survived for a week with thrombocytopenia. |
