| 英文描述 | Luxation of the patella is a defect probably inherited as a recessive in foals and calves. Lateral luxation is more common than medial. Affected young animals have difficulty supporting weight on the stifle and walk in a crouched position. Dx by palpation, signs and radiography. This might be inherited as an autosomal recessive in Shetland ponies. |
