| 中文描述 | 單側的慢性鼻排出物是最常見的病徵，雖然有少部份報告指出馬匹有兩側鼻竇蓄膿。藉由環鋸手術或從鼻孔找出膿或是Ｘ光照像診斷。同常與牙齒疾病有關，經常是第一顆臼齒。反芻動物通常因鋸掉角而感染。有長期鼻竇炎的貓有軟化的前骨。 |

| 英文描述 | Unilateral chronic nasal discharge the most common sign, although there are rare reports of bilateral sinus empyema in horses. Dx by trephining and finding pus in washings from the nostril and radiography. Usually associated with dental disease, often the first molar tooth in horses. Ruminants often develop infection following dehorning. Cats with long standing sinusitis can have softening of the frontal bones. |
