| 英文描述 | Homosexual activity of young bulls can lead to the development of hair rings just proximal to the glans penis. Tomcats will occasionally develop hair rings around the base of the glans penis following several mating. There can be pressure necrosis of the urethra, with urethral fistula formation, and sloughing of the glans. This should be suspected in cats with persistent abnormal mating behavior. Dx by physical examination treat by removal. |
