| 英文描述 | Loss of penile innervation is one of the common causes of impotence in the bull. This is usually secondary to penile hematoma, but this may also be due to trauma to the glans and free portion of the penis or due to unknown causes. This can occur as a late sequel to penile injury. Dx by lack of sensation in the penis, with signs such as penile searching motions, the penis hitting the buttocks of the cow, or the penis extending over the gluteals. |
