| 英文描述 | Anaerobic bacteria have long been associated with mastitis due to ACTINOMYCES PYOGENES, but there is evidence indicating that they might be common pathogens, acting as secondary invaders after tissue damage. Several species of asporogenous anaerobes have caused udder pathology under experimental conditions and have been isolated from up to 60% of cases of untreated mastitis in South Africa.
