| 中文描述 | 產後血紅素尿屬於零星個案，而且較常發生於成年泌乳牛。在綿羊與山羊則罕見類似的病例報告。患病的動物會出現血管內溶血、血紅素尿、與貧血等特徵。致病原因不明，但是可能與低磷血症或銅缺乏有關。偶而，發病動物也會出現尾巴末梢與指頭壞疽的症狀。藉由排除其他可能性來進行診斷。 |
| 英文描述 | Postparturient hemoglobinuria is sporadic, and usually is seen in adult dairy cattle. There are rare reports of similar conditions in sheep and goats. Characterized by intravascular hemolysis, hemoglobinuria and anemia. The cause is unknown, but the disease has been associated with hypophosphatemia or copper deficiency. Gangrene of the tips of the tail and digits seen occasionally. Dx by exclusion of other causes. |
