| 英文描述 | Regional disease, found where cobalt is deficient in the soil. Cobalt is a necessary part of vitamin B12. Dx by history and low cobalt levels in body tissues. Treat by giving cobalt salts orally or B12 parenterally. Cobalt has been included in anthelmintics for prevention of this disease. |
