| 英文描述 | Cysts, or cyst-like lesions, can occur in the paranasal sinuses. Usually in the maxillary sinus, but may extend to the frontal sinus. May be congenital. Dx by aspiration of the sinus producing a characteristic acellular yellow fluid. Radiography helpful for diagnosis. This diagnosis should be considered in horses or cattle when there is obstructive dyspnea and/or facial swelling and/or nasal discharge in association with increased soft tissue density of the sinus cavities on radiography. |
