| 中文描述 | 4~20個月齡的基爾未牛，不論公母，皆有可能發生退行性的神經症狀，一開始時只是後肢運動失調，但是過幾天或是幾星期，原本經靈活潑的動物變成躺在地上。屍解這些感染的動物，發現症狀很多，包括肌病、神經病變、腦病、絲球體病變、骨骼肌發炎…等。此疾病為基爾未牛的家族遺傅性疾病，致死率高達100%。 |

| 英文描述 | Male and female Gelbvieh cattle 4-20 months of age developed progressive neurologic signs which began as rear limb ataxia and progressed over a few days to several weeks to recumbency in bright and alert animals. At necropsy affected animals had the following lesions in various combinations: neuropathy; myelopathy; encephalopathy; glomerulopathy; skeletal myositis. Appears to be familial in Gelbvieh cattle, and the mortality rate was 100%. |
