| 中文描述 | 原發性光過敏症是指某些皮膚中的物質直接因光照而產生過敏性反應，而非指經過身體其他系統(如肝臟)代謝後才發生的皮膚傷害。經由飲食記錄進行診斷。病灶主要出現在被陽光照射到的無色素區域。如果能去除光過敏源或避免照射陽光，癒後良好。 |

| 英文描述 | Due to direct photosensitization by an agent that reacts in the skin rather than indirectly through damage to other body systems such as the liver. Dx by dietary history. Lesions are in unpigmented areas exposed to sunlight. The prognosis is good following removal of the source and avoidance of sunlight. |
