| 中文描述 | 大動物眼球後的瘤可能是馬的眼球凸出症的一個原因，只是不常見。用X光片和超音波檢查來診斷。牛眼球後的瘤大部份是由於淋巴肉瘤，但有研究報告證實的只有腺癌和癌瘤。可能會侵入鼻孔，且一種Horner式併發症也許會發生。而且研究證實馬的眼球後的囊腫會引起眼球凸出症。以摘除或者削除團塊來診療。 |
| 英文描述 | Retrobulbar neoplasia can be a cause of exophthalmos in horses, but is rare. Radiograpy and ultrasound used for diagnosis. Most retrobulbar tumors in cattle are due to lymphosarcoma, but other tumors such as adenocarcinomas and carcinomas have been reported. May invade the nasal cavity, and an associated Horner's syndrome might be seen. There are also reports of retrobulbar hydatid cysts causing exophthalmos in horses. Treat by enucleation and/or removal of the mass. |
