| 英文描述 | Wilson's Disease is characterized by deficiency or absence of serum ceruloplasmin and elevated copper in body organs. A 2-month-old calf had fibrosis of the liver, spongy degeneration in the central nervous system, and elevated hepatic and brain copper levels. There was no evidence that the calf had ingested a large quantity of copper, and serum ceruloplasmin level was low; this was considered to be a Wilson's Disease-like syndrome in this calf. |
