| 英文描述 | A form of renal tubular dysplasia inherited as an autosomal recessive and often accompanied by growth of long hooves, has been reported in Japanese Black cattle. At birth affected calves might be small but otherwise normal. Some developed diarrhea during after the neonatal period, with transient alopecia. Growth retardation, rough haircoat, and hoof overgrowth began at about 2-5 months of age. Urea nitrogen, creatinine and inorganic phosphorus were high in serum. A few calves had occult blood and protein in the urine. Dx by histopathology, on which renal tubular dysplasia and fibrosis are prominant findings. |
