| 英文描述 | An outbreak of skeletal deformities in calves under a month of age was reported in a herd in Saskatchewan. There was focal premature synostosis of vertebral growth plates with reduction in size of the vertebral canal and abnormalities of growth of the cranium and appendicular skeleton. The cause was not determined, but hypervitaminosis A, mineral deficiencies and teratogenic plants were considered possibilities. |
