| 英文描述 | Spontaneous discharge of a pacemaker in the ventricle will lead to a premature beat and a bizarre ECG waveform. When these beats are present at rest there is myocardial disease or an electrolyte disturbance. Cannot tell this arrhythmia from supraventricular beats without an ECG. Familial ventricular arrhythmias are inherited as an autosomal dominant in some Boxer dogs ('Boxer cardiomyopathy'). |
