| 英文描述 | There is a report of chronic recurring bloat in a 4-month-old calf due to torsion of the rumen. Bloat developed regularly 1-2 hours after feeding. At necropsy there was rotation of the rumen about a horizontal longitudinal axis, passing through the cardia, in a counterclockwise direction viewed from behind. The cause is unknown. While rare, this might be considered in calves with chronic bloat. |
