| 英文描述 | Coloboma is defined as a notch, gap, hole or fissure in any of the ocular structures present at birth. This problem is seen in Charolais cattle, usually involving the optic disc, but sometimes involving larger parts of the eye including the choroid, sclera and retina. When small vision is unaffected, but calves with grossly affected eyes have been born blind. Dx by physical examination. |
