| 英文描述 | Cows have been described which developed pelvic entrapment of the bladder following parturition. There was dysuria and a fluctuant mass was palpable in the pelvic area. A urinary catheter could not be passed, but urine could be obtained by passage of a needle through the vagina into the mass. Following reduction of the bladder it could be manually replaced, but in one case there were adhesions which required surgical correction. Recovery was complete in the 2 cases described. |
