| 英文描述 | Bovine respiratory syncytial virus is a member of the genus PNEUMOVIRUS in the paramyxovirus family. Antibodies common in adult cattle, and the virus may be found in association with other respiratory pathogens, but appears to be able to produce signs as a primary pathogen. Dx by viral isolation and titers. Affected animals are usually under 18 mos. but can be adults; in adults the clinical signs might include fever, inappetance, and decreased milk production. Herd outbreaks have been reported. |
