| 英文描述 | Cows have developed acute intestinal obstruction due to torsion of the descending colon. There was a sharp decrease in luminal size on rectal examination with tight bands at that level. A rent in the mesentery of the descending colon allowed the torsion, and the apex of the cecum was found to be trapped during surgical exploration. Dx at surgery. |
