| 英文描述 | CUCUMIS species, family CUCURBITACEAE, is a plant found in subtropical and temperate areas such as southern Africa and Australia. Poisonings of cattle and sheep due to this plant have been described, and calves have died following experimental poisoning. Dx is based on the availability of large amounts of ripe fruit, the presence of numerous seeds in the rumen, and congestion, hemorrhage and edema of the alimentary tract. |
