| 英文描述 | Common problem. May occasionally cause lameness without evidence of trauma to the fibroma, but most lameness occurs when the mass is injured or becomes infected. More than one foot usually affected. Probably inherited in cattle. Dx by inspection. Fibromas tend to have a smooth surface, while warts are rough. In sheep can be seen in animals less than 1 year old. |
