| 中文描述 | 牛隻發生螺旋狀蹄可能是因為遺傳的關係。蹄會呈現螺旋狀。會發生在兩歲大的牛或老牛。通常發生在後蹄的側面或是蹄的中間。由於蹄病變會使牛跛行，進而導致蹄及骨頭的二度損傷。修剪蹄，可加速蹄的生長及增加蹄的重量，但不會引起螺旋狀蹄。處理方是就是適度修剪蹄。 |

| 英文描述 | Corkscrew claw may be inherited in cattle. Hoof takes a medial turning spiral, with rotation to the axial plane. Signs at 2 years old or older in cattle. Usually in lateral hind claw and medial fore claw. Causes an awkward gait with lameness due to secondary hoof and bony changes. In scissor claw there is excessive growth and overlap of the toes but without rotation. Treat by trimming. |
