| 英文描述 | Pericarditis in cattle is relatively common; most cases follow traumatic reticuloperitonitis. Muffling of the heart sounds and signs of heart failure are the hallmarks of the disease. Dx usually made on signs and history, but tapping of the pericardial sac may be used to confirm the diagnosis. Splashing or rubbing sounds are sometimes heard over the heart area. |
