| 英文描述 | Cattle occasionally develop unilateral or bilateral uveitis without other clinical signs. The cause is unknown, and the syndrome resembles recurrent uveitis in the horse. A similar condition known as specific ophthalmia occurs in Europe, but in the latter syndrome signs are usually more severe, with hyphema and hypopyon. Dx by ruling out other causes. |
