| 英文描述 | Due to lack of factor XI in blood. Less than 1% of cattle homozygotes and about 12% heterozygotes in one survey. Clinical signs rare, although prolonged bleeding and bleeding following surgery are often seen and bleeding into joints has been reported. Dx by proving factor XI deficient. Transmitted as an autosomal recessive in Holstein cattle. Fertility might be decreased in afftected cattle (Liptrap et al.). |
