| 英文描述 | A tear of the fascia lata can allow the cranial part of the biceps femoris to slip and hook behind the greater trocanter. There is unilateral lameness with sudden onset. The stifle and hock are extended with the digits flexed. When walking the limb is abducted and rotated outward, followed by a snapping movement in the hip. This gait resembles that in patellar luxation. |
