| 英文描述 | A cow with mild lesions of erythema, hypotrichosis and exfoliation limited to the dorsal areas of the back, neck, withers and rump produced five calves from different sires which developed skin disease during the first week of life. From day 0-4 calves developed a focal erythematous lesion of the muzzle, with pin-point vesicles. During days 4-25 progressive exfoliation and alopecia developed over the whole skin area, followed by recovery during days 50-120. Colostrum from the cow transmitted this disease to an unrelated calf. Histologically there is an inflammatory epidermitis, with clefts containing neutrophils in the stratum granulosum. |
