| 英文描述 | Rare. Similar to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome of man. Normal collagen fibers are not formed, leading to hyperelasticity of the skin and ligaments, cutaneous fragility, delayed healing of skin wounds, and paper-like scars. Dx by clinical signs and electron microscopy of the collagen. Affected breeds include Belgian, Charolais, Hereford, Holstein, Simmental, and crossbred cattle. |
