| 英文描述 | A cow had regurgitation, contortion of the neck while masticating and swallowing, and difficulty in passing a stomach tube past the base of the heart. During rumenotomy the cardia and its supporting structures at the hiatus could be moved 4-5 cm in a craniocaudal direction without tensing the diaphragm, and the reticulum could intrude partially into the thorax. There was symmetric dilatation of cardiac portion of the esophagus. Dx at surgery, or possibly on radiography. |
