| 英文描述 | Two cases of exocrine pancreatic adenocarcinoma were described in middle aged cattle. In one case there was a small tubular (ductal) pattern, and in the other an acinar cell pattern. This is a very rare condition, and one that is difficult to diagnose before death. Pancreatic tumors are also found occasionally at slaughter (Kelley et al.). |
