| 英文描述 | During wet conditions, a herd of cattle in Australia developed a syndrome resembling 'greasy heel' in horses. There was lameness and swelling of the caudal pastern areas of the hind legs, fissuring of the skin and accumulation of moist exudate. The forelimbs were affected in some cases. Lesions persisted for 2-3 weeks in individual cows, and the outbreak lasted about 6 weeks. Various aerobic and anaerobic bacteria were cultured from affected skin. |
