| 英文描述 | Enucleation of the corpus luteum is an effective method for induction of estrus or early abortion but trauma to the ovary and in some cases fatal hemorrhage can occur. Prostaglandins have replaced this procedure in most cases. There is a report of sudden death in a heifer which bled from and ovary despite not having been palpated or inseminated. |
