| 英文描述 | ERYTHEMA MULTIFORME is an acute eruption of the skin and mucous membranes and might be a reaction to infectious agents, drugs, neoplasia, connective tissue disorders, and contact reactions. Lesions are usually bilateral and symmetric. Spread of skin lesions forms donut-like target lesions or arcuate shapes. Lesions are most common on the trunk and proximal limbs and can persist or days or weeks. Dx by history, exam, laboratory rule-outs, and skin biopsy. Therapy should be directed at the underlying cause, and remission usually occurs within 3 months. |
