| 英文描述 | The feeding of moldy sweet potatoes to cattle can cause respiratory disease with alveolar emphysema and proliferation. The exact toxic agent is uncertain, but is believed to be an abnormal metabolite produced by sweet potatoes (IPOMOEA BATATAS) in response to infection by the fungus FUSARIUM. Dx by signs associated with feeding moldy sweet potatoes. |
