| 中文描述 | 雖然在科學文章中沒有太多報告，但是任何動物都可能發生窒息，尤其是那些頸部受到壓迫的動物。牛隻頸椎遭到壓迫時，可能會因為造成失明的後遺症而被淘汰，而且這種狀況在任何動物也都可能發生。頸部受到壓迫時，常會發生頭部與臉部的水腫。新生兒也可能因為窒息或缺氧症而出現症狀。麻醉過成中發生的窒息或缺氧症，會在麻醉恢復後留下後遺症。經由病史做診斷。 |

| 英文描述 | Although poorly described in the literature, choking can occur in any animal, particularly those restrained by the neck. Cattle with cervical compression have been left with residual blindness, and this could probably occur in all species. There is usually head and facial edema. Anoxia during dystocia can cause signs in the newborn. Anoxia or hypoxia during anesthesia can cause residual signs during anesthetic recovery. Dx by history. |
